President Paydel issued another decree

President Ramchandra Paudel has issued the Third Amendment Ordinance, 2083 on Prevention of Money Laundering. Ritesh Kumar Shakya, spokesperson of the President's Office, informed that President Paudel issued the ordinance on the recommendation of the government. The ordinance has been issued in accordance with sub-section (1) of Article 114 of the Constitution. Along with this, out of the 8 ordinances sent by the government to the President's Office, 3 have been issued so far.

Even earlier, President Paudel had issued an ordinance on cooperative and public procurement on Thursday. The rest of the ordinances are currently under study.
